VoApps Inc., a software-based solution provider for the Outsourced Business Services (OBS) industry, announced today that its board of directors has chosen Mark Chapman as the organization's next Chief Executive Officer. Chapman succeeds Paul Iaffaldano, who stays on the board as lead investor.

“After a thorough and comprehensive search process, the board is pleased to have found the ideal leader to assume the CEO role at VoApps,” said Iaffaldano. “Mark Chapman has a proven track record for growing young companies and increasing their value by building strong teams and expanding into new markets. This experience, combined with his strong finance and operational background, makes Chapman uniquely qualified to lead VoApps successfully into the future.”

I’m excited to expand the technology that will help our industry innovate.”

Mr. Chapman brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial, operational and financial leadership to VoApps. Chapman was most recently with Vendormate, Inc., a SaaS-based healthcare company which automates the supply chain and vendor relationships for hospitals and health systems.  Chapman was instrumental in the successful acquisition by GHX, Inc., a Thoma Bravo-backed company.
