I accepted and spent the next two years working on developing training programs and hiring for third party debt collections on retail and medical debt.  Began working for Time Warner Cable in 2000 as a collection manager. Within six months moved to Director of Credit and Collections. Developed a structured collections program which resulted in reducing bad debt from 3% of revenue to 1.3% of revenue. Reduced collection expense and decreased employee churn. Moved to Director of Business Operations in 2006.

He currently serves as president of ROI.

A two-time chairman of ACA's Healthcare Services Program, Wunder is a frequent speaker at hospital and physician billing trade association meetings including the annual national institutes of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Managers and the International Billing Association.
