Tucker, Albin & Associates, a Richardson, TX based commercial debt collection firm, has once again been honored with one of the most coveted achievements in the industry of debt collection. This designation on the Best Places to Work in Collections list was awarded by insideARM.com and Best Companies Group.
This prestigious award was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the collections industry, benefiting the nation's economy, its workforce and businesses.
This past year, Best Companies Group conducted a thorough review of debt collection agencies to determine which companies should receive the distinction on the list of Best Places to Work in Collections. The review process that is used to determine placement and ranking on the list includes a two-part survey. The first part of the survey requires information from the employer regarding workplace practices, policies and management philosophy. The remaining survey questions are answered by employees in order to gain insight into the employee experience. The list itself is made up of 35 companies divided into three size categories: Small (15-49 employees), Medium (50-149 employees) and Large (150+ employees).
Tucker, Albin was ranked #3 overall in the medium employer category for companies with between 50-149 U.S. employees in this year’s Best Places to Work in Collections list.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business;
- Be a publicly or privately held business;
- Have a facility in the United States;
- Have at least 15 employees in the United States;
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year;
- Must be a Collection Agency, Collection Law Firm, Debt Buyer or Credit Recovery Operation.
